Registration Includes:
- All sessions from Sunday through to Tuesday
Registration Excludes:
- Workshops on the Saturday
- Education Forum on the Saturday
Please note that you can select the workshops and forum when you register and there will be a charge of £30 inc VAT per workshop and for the forum as a whole
Notes:
* The Early registration deadline is Monday 13th April 2020. If payments are not made by this date then those who registered for the early rate will be charged the regular rate.
Regular registration rates are charged from Tuesday 14th April 2020 until Monday 8th June 2020. If payments are not made by Monday 8th June 2020 then those who registered for the regular rate will be charged the late / on site rate.
Late registrations are charged from Tuesday 9th June 2020.
** Single day registrations will be available on-line as of 15th July 2019 and are available to all categories of delegates
*** The accompanying persons package includes the Congress Dinner on the Monday and a city tour with lunch.

Cancellation Policy:
All registrations are binding. Notification of registration cancellation must be made in writing to Congress secretariat email: ioa@kc-jones.co.uk
Cancellation fee between 0 and 4 weeks of conference date is 100% of the registration fee.
Cancellation fee between 4 weeks and 6 weeks of conference date is 50% of the registration fee.
Cancellation fee between 6 weeks and 12 weeks of conference date is an administration fee of £40.00 + VAT.
Any eventual refunds will be dealt with after the Congress.
Name changes are possible at all times.
No shows are charged 100% of the registration fees.
Visa Requirements
Should you require a visa letter in order to apply for access to the UK please email ioa@kc-jones.co.uk
In your email please provide the following information:
- Name as it appears on your passport
- Passport number
- Country of Issue
- Expiry date
- Date of Birth
Please note that we cannot issue a visa letter until payment for your registration has been made
